I started living in the moment for the first time in my life and it has consequences! Instead of frantically planning for the future, I embrace the uncertainty and am curious to see what the future holds for me. I stop daydreaming the future or reminiscing the past so I can enjoy this very moment. I absolutely love it and would definitely recommend it, but you gotta know that it’s not all fun and games.
I think you’ll find my spiritual belief reasonable! Because it’s pretty scientific, I work with evidence! I’m all about the universe and energy and I don’t believe these phenomena contradict science.
